The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, from the reception to the Executive Lounge. Our spacious, modern room provided a beautiful view, and the pool was a delight. The breakfast buffet was diverse, but some dishes could use a touch more freshness. Great for families seeking comfort and fun!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast that offered a delightful variety of Malaysian and Western dishes. The pool had a stunning view, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and prompt in addressing our requests, making us feel welcome. However, the wifi could be a bit more flexible in allowing more devices.

The walkway to the room had an unpleasant smell!!! The elevators are incredibly slow, and the noise insulation was practically non-existent, making it hard to relax!!! Also, cleanliness needs more attention in specific areas like the kettle and walls!!!

The executive lounge needed more variety and quality in the food served. Overall, the atmosphere felt family-friendly, with good vibes, but the food quality needs a boost.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped care for my elderly parents, which I truly appreciated. I'm returning for a romantic escape.

Our suite had these amazing panoramic views of the ocean,, we even enjoyed incredible sunsets while swimming in the pool. Also, the staff was attentive and polite,, really made us feel welcomed.
